Sadly, some people don’t like themselves.
Don’t let that be you. We all have things about ourselves we do not like, but everyone has good qualities too. Look at your good points and celebrate those. Yes, compliment yourself. It is not conceited to do so, it is mentally healthy.
Even take it a step further and reward yourself. Do something you have been looking forward to doing or buy yourself something special. You deserve it!
Also, this will improve your relationships too. It may not seem logical, but it is a fact. I’m not sure why, but your capacity to like others will increase as you like yourself more.
